My Personal Journey to Become a Certified Health Coach
Welcome! My name is Denise Majewski! For the past 30 years I’ve worked with students, families, and businesses to promote education and learning in Katy, Texas as an administrator and teacher. Health coaching is another way to promote my passion of educating, encouraging, and helping others with simple effective ways for them to live a happier and better quality of life through the foods they eat.
I became interested in health coaching a few years ago after being diagnosed with a blood clot. At the time I looked perfectly healthy from the outside but inside I was suffering from pain and inflammation. After being referred to several doctors to determine the cause I turned to researching foods that could heal my body. It’s during this time I made the decision to become a certified health coach and reached the point of no longer needing medication. I quickly realized I possessed everything I needed to regain optimum health.
For me it’s all about your lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition! My passion is to share science based information backed through a medical doctor that will assist busy active adults in leading a better quality of life filled with more energy and less pain. I do this through online classes where adults can learn on their own schedule to better meet their needs.
The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition.

Denise received her Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears.The Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). A certification by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is obtained only after completing the extensive course work and meeting all requirements. Once certified, a health coach possesses the knowledge, tools, and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others.
